4K HDR videos of Destiny 2 on XB1X

I signed on last night to at least do Cayde's treasure hunts and try to earn a couple more purple engrams doing regular weekly missions, and pretty much everything, including the treasure hunts this week, require you to buy the expansion. So for all of 3 months I was able to play and enjoy the game, and now I'm a second class citizen. I'm done with this game, and any future Destiny game.

Bungie announced they are getting rid of that paywall but I still think it’s too little too late. I’m done with this franchise as well.

Are they? I seem to recall they had said from the onset of Destiny 2 that the DLC would always be free, but that sure as hell didn't happen.

I'd love to see a source on that one. I am pretty sure that is incorrect.

Not that Bungie is doing good. I just think they had always planned for premium DLC.

Yeah I am not sure where I heard that. I could be totally wrong. Still sucks to buy a full price game and then have it ripped out from under you because you don't want to cough up more money. Like, okay, I get it. Some people are going to be excited to pay and play more content. But at least don't fuck over the people who supported you and then decided not to buy it yet.

Yeah I'm definitely not trying to defend some of the stuff they've been doing. They're not putting their players first.

Just the one thing I didn't think they did :P
