I just read in about gamersyde its not free to use? What does it mean just dont upload to youtube etc2? But its free to download? Non-profit without uploading to youtube etc2?

Download for personal use. Don't be an ass and upload it elsewhere acting like it's your own footage.

But in "about gamersyde" it stated the content we produced is obviously not free of use? Or it has different meaning? I just want to ask if the videos are legal?

they mean you can't just nab it and post it on youtube. legality i imagine is a grey area in some instances. trailers they've been sent by publishers i can't imagine the'd legally have any copyright claim to the footage, they're simply hosting it in a higher quality than other websites. EA/ubisoft etc will own that. however footage of games they've captured themselves is legally theirs. it's for gamersyde and only gamersyde.
