Didn't you try this, hate it, and then go to Call of Duty: Ghosts? Or was that someone else?

I could be thinking of someone else.. but if so.. why not Call of Duty?

Haha yes I did try it but I never hated the core game itself really. I hated all the crap that came with it...unable to connect to servers/not able to save my game in single player/all the grinding. So with the fact that the game was unplayable I cut my losses and switched back to cod which doesnt dissapoint really, but it's nothing new. I think bf has good core mechanics (nice guns/good map design/lots of players) and as a fps console gamer trying it out for the first time this past year I thought it has potential and so I made it 6. Lets hope they paid attention to the release problems and come around for bf5.

To be honest I had a hard time putting up bioshock infinite. As much as i liked the atmosphere, i didnt care for the actual bullet sponge shooting style, and never bothered to play it a 2nd time. Same with tomb raider, and all those other overhyped games. But man dat atmossphere!

Ah I guess to me game of the year is not about choosing the games you play most. I think it's about what games struck you with something new that year. I still like cod, but there is still too much fatigue. The fact that I bought my first dlc --> onslaught means I'm itching for something new to come out. If that makes sense to you. I mentioned many times I plan to re-buy bf4 when it hits 25$.

...that's if I don't get caught up on Titanfall ;)

I didn't play any. I can only really think of the new Amnesia game last year, which got pretty mixed reviews if I remember correctly. Was there anything else?

I have picture proof that one of the xboys captured alimo because there wasn't any Halos to vote on last year.
