1080 on the Pro and it's the same. It's not the AA that's made the game blurry in 4k. It's the rendering method, chiefly checkerboard on the Pro, which Rockstar has acknowledged and is fixing.
Except the x version is also soft edged and is native 4K. No checkerboard. Which means the AA solution IS an additional cause. It’s just got additional blur on the Pro>PS4>xbone because it’s combining a bad AA solution with low resolutions, or in the case of the Pro. Poor image reconstruction.

The DF report said the same and it’s why every image of this game, regardless of platform, has soft edges.

It’s full screen coverage and is computationally cheap as is the case with FXAA, but the results are like killzone 2...soft. You would assume, if a PC version happens it will come with options for more power hungry AA solutions to give the game the crisp IQ it’s currently lacking.

No gaming websites have said Rockstar has acknowledged and is fixing only some random on the internet.

Rockstar has been silent on the issue and they are not known for patching/fixing their games.

My little brother has this game on the PS4 Pro. I have not seen it yet on that system. However, I can say this game is very sharp on my X1X downsampled from 4k to 1080p on a Dell U2410 1200p monitor. Not sure about 4K since I don't have a 4K display other than my tablet. It's sharp and also virtually no aliasing with a fairly solid 30fps.

I play on the one x on a 75” 4K tv and it looks very crisp and clear on edges. The textures are a bit blurry at times but the imagine lines are all very crisp.
