I just read on gaf that it will be various diff setings and the hardcore will not have auto aim!!

This is fantastic news that means an achievement for complete the game in Hardcore,I love those

We want players of all skill levels to enjoy Red Dead Redemption. With that in mind, we’ve implemented levels of difficulty into the game that employ different types of auto-aiming. Casual mode gives you a full auto-aim system (and faster regenerating health). Normal mode features snap-to-target with precise aiming using the right stick. Expert mode implements free aim with no lock-on at all. First time we have done this in an open world game, so we will be interested to see what people think having played with each option

“Is there auto aim on multiplayer for RDR?” – received via Twitter

Like the single player game, there are three targeting modes available to choose from: Casual, Normal and Expert. Casual is full lock, Normal snaps-to-target but does not lock on, and Expert has no assist. You can configure your own personal targeting to suit your preferences in any game by using the multiplayer playlists in the menu.
For Competitive games, there are Casual playlists for all game types that are exclusively Casual targeting mode, or that allow players to mix it up and play against each other across a variety of the three targeting types.
There are also playlists for Gang Matches and Free For All games which allow players to use Normal or Expert targeting together (but not Casual).
For advanced players that prefer to strictly play against other free-aimers, Hardcore and Veteran playlists that exclusively support Expert targeting can be used for all Gang Matches and Free For All Games.
It’s also worth noting that honing your multiplayer skills with the more advanced Normal and Expert targeting styles will reward you with bonus XP to level up faster than those using Casual.

Cant freakin wait for this game,Im almost done with AC2 and I need another openworld game to sink my teeth in!!!

I hope for more than 100 side missions and a lot to do and collect and stuff like that,I love to collect stuff in games and more if they are so far apart!

I was getting the 360 version anyway.. It totally depended on this game having multiplayer or not. If it's a single player game: Ps3, if it's got a nice multiplayer as well: 360...

I guess it will depend on what's happening. If we are just traveling around see Vistas, travel in towns etc we will hear some musics. Tehn when action starts with lots shooting other musics start.

Yeah, I noticed that 2

And I understand that they aren't able to show us 30 minutes of new footage. But I just can't stand that "new details" will be revealed and that they basically just interview some rockstar guys and just mix up all of the existing footage and add in like 30 seconds of new footage...
