Can't wait to see your screens in this thread, really like that photo-mode.
I do it with 'em all: PC, WiiU, PS4 and Xbox One.
the intro isn't as bombastic as the previous games, but i think it works the best. it gives itself room to breath and lets you interact and establish sam as an integral character. the game is getting better and better as each chapter passes too as more mechanics are opened up for you to play with. i love how ingrained the rope/grapple hook is. i was worried it was going to be a gimmick, but it's a strong part of the main pillars of traversal. AI on hard is pretty devious too. they flank your ass if you stay still for too long.
just want to get home and play some more.
Technically it's utterly impressive with vast landscapes - I really love it.

AC is hardly a pinnacle of platforming either imo (prince of persia SOT is though) AC is too automated. zero skill involved. granted there isn't much skill involved in uncharted's either, but there is at least some timing based stuff in there.

Combat feel perfect now, and your given a small but interesting and usable skillset to play around in these small combat arenas. Biggest plus point for me though was the traversal and "adventuring". Long stretches of nothing but exploration and world building. I also like that they didn't go the approach of making set peices bigger and bigger so they become a joke. They reeled it back in a bit, but it made for way better moments.
Graphically its phenomenal too. And puts everything else to shame really.
I'm going to play this again starting tomorrow i think.
