I am bummed to see the 3d crowd go, but the crowds are much denser looking with the sprite people( although the flag wavers are 3d). The fact that they aren't animated is a let down though. Some one was claiming it had 2d trees, but that's bs. I haven't notices any trackside trees that are "2d"...
Much of that looks like design decisions, and we don't see how much more is going on under the hood from a physics perspective either compared to the e3 vid.
The only real downgrade, imo, is the IQ took a slight hit as the retail has more jaggies.

Most of the suggestions listed in feedback are like totally obvious for MS to overlook or not include.
I like my Xbox One. I don't love it. Not yet anyways. I do see tons of potential. Looks like us early adopters are beta testers more or less.
I would recommend the average gamer to wait it out for a few months, then pull the trigger. Hopefully by the time Titanfall comes out, they'll have ironed out the kinks and
included the obvious omissions.
A lot of sections I played twice or more times, because I wasn't satisfied with my combat and wanted to do it better and better the next time. Dunno when it was the last time, a game motivated me this good.
To all of you who are suspicious, try it out yourself. I can only repeat myself: this game is 80 % material and I really and sincerely hope there will be a sequel.

Getting' all digital, baby - on console!
Pros
.) wonderful controller, Kinect resonds much better, seems more accurate
.) OS looks nice an responds quickly. If you were not familiar with Metro before, it's quite new but has it's charms
.) all the new features are great, love the video features
.) apps are nice
.) Activity tab is quite nice
.) Skype works very good, sound and video quality is really good - also amazing all that zooming and following you when you move during a video-chat [though it's kinda scary but indeed very cool]
.) Commanding this baby via voice commands sure is not gimmicky, but very comfortable. Love the feature the most when watching movies on disc. "Xbox Pause" and "Xbox Play" - it's as simple as that.
.) Store is nice
Cons
.) Store has no demo section
.) Kinext "stubborn" sometimes
.) Can't switch OS to English without changing the locale, hate that. Please patch
.) 2 times already it switched itself from Stereo uncompressed to 5.1 or 7.1 uncompressed. Of course I realized it when already in the game when characters were talking and I didn't hear anything.
.) Still no way to see sent messages. Only displays an inbox.
.) Tile-System from Metro not logical sometimes
.) didn't find a way so see controller battery status [and if it's there, I blame the system for not leeding me to it comfortably :D]
.) the sound of the ventilation I don't like, it's kind of a swooshing sound

via Bing of which there are currently 4, the best one being Zoo Tycoon.
There is no demo for Arcade games for some reason. I wanna try LocoCycle and Crimson Dragon just to see
how terrible they are, but not £15.99 try them out.

Prepare To Drop!!
I feel that Kinect and their central hub philosophy really sets it apart, and think this will be a major leg up for MS.
I haven't had any problems with controllers like some, although when I first set up TV, it didn't use my cable package so It didn't let me go to any channels. Thankfully it's working fine now, and It's good stuff.
I also haven't had issues with the gestures like some- although I think people have trouble because they are trying to do it the same as the old kinect, which isn't how the new one works. This one is far, far better, and I actually enjoy "grabbing" the screen to move it around, lol. It also recognizes my wife and I super quick.
The only real annoyance is that I'm not getting surround via optical with my Bose Cinemate Series 2. They need to patch that shit pronto.
On the game front I got RYSE and Battlefield 4.
RYSE is very fun, especially once you get the hang of the combat. Yes, it could have more variety in scenarios and combos, but It's very solid, fun, and challenging. It is short, but I've been really enjoying the Coliseum mode. Good, strong high 7's low 8's for me.
BF 4 I haven't spent much time with as I knew once I started, other games might get the back seat. Only doing SP right now( which I always do first), which looks great, but is a bit ho-hum. Ready to be through it and on to MP :) Still planning on getting Dead Rising and Forza.
I'm really happy with my purchase and look forward to the kinks getting Ironed out.
Oooh, Profound, isn't it?
