Expected for the end of this summer, Mafia 2 continues to unveil some details with today a new developer diary. First big game of the late summer break, you should start putting money aside for this long-awaited game, just in case.
Very impressive visuals. This and RDR are really taking the open world genre to new heights with regard to visuals...
I'm hoping we'll be able to add L.A. Noir to that list of innovative open-world games, before the end of the year. I gotta admit, between the three, 2010 seems to be a banner year, for Take Two.

Yeah LA Noir has been on my radar for a long time, they were supposed to finally confirm platforms and other details this month, did it ever happen?
Surprising, but thank God for this. Not every single game needs multiplayer imo.
yep. The focus has always been on story. I really dont think this game would lend well to multi anyway..infact i think ALOT of people picking the game up will be disappointed with it. It's going to be like Mafia 1..and Mafia 1 plays a world apart from the GTA's and Just cause.. those that complained about GTA4's going the more realistic rout and lacking the "fun", need to stay clear away from this.

LA Noire i'm really looking forward to.. i cant believe theres not been an open world, or action game, set around a detective premise before? seems perfect for attaching a good story, and keeping it fresh. Definatly makes a change from playing as gangs on the wrong side of the law.
Now way in hell that games gonna hit this year though..we're already too spoilt this year
I just spent an hour trying to find the Game Informer March scans or a writeup about the LA Noire feature but can't find a thing, hard to believe how impossible it is to get details about that game :(
