Got my box via UPS at 5 pm y'day, after a whole day of anticipated wait. Runs like a charm, though I can hear the fan doing a lite wooshing sound. But I'm very sensitive to those things. Of course, Voice Recognition doesn't work in Austria, although we speak German. I knew that.

What I didn't know is the fact that you cannot use the system in english, when you're from Austria. So I set UK as my locale [voice recognition now works in English], to have games and subtitles in english. Hopefully it will get patched out.

Downloading the Day One patch also were a few minutes only for me. Disc-Drive is fine [tested Risky Business on BluRay]. Played Killer Instinct and really enjoyed it. Downloading games takes very long though because of the size. RYSE is at 91 % with DR, Fifa and Forza in queue. RYSE was 11 % when I went to bed 6 hours ago. So actually it's my maximum download rate.

Love the voice commands. If you say Xbox then all possible commands are written with a green font. Makes it very easy. Works 90 %. Sometimes it seems not to want to listen ... hahahaha

Very happy with my purchase. Will play RYSE now, as it is 92 % and more than ready to get started :D

PS: Gamestop-Employee rumour about a second free game for Day One Edition owners turned out not to be true - bummer.

Just started playing with mine and the controller is just heavenly!!, love the UI very fast and smooth, voice controls still playing with but you need to know the EXACT code words to say so still learning, games have some big patches so downloading them is a pain!, my profile transferred across in sec's.

Yeah the RYSE patch was over a gig!, but once downloaded it installed for 5mins then allowed me to start playing, man what a stunning looking game!, anyway back to it.
